The original steering links on this Truck are ultra weak, poorly designed, and flex with nearly ANY pressure... This is clearly the biggest Design Flaw
on what is otherwise a great Truck! Lets fix that problem in less than 5 minutes with these Upgraded steering links!!! This upgraded Steering Link set will take the place of the original steering link part with no modifications required! All of the stock hardware is re-used , installation takes minutes and only requires basic tools. ---> These Steering Links are Super Reinforced for heavy duty crawling action!
You get set of 2 (two) steering links 3D-printed out of Super Ultra durable black ABS+ (plus)
----> ABS+ Plus is even STRONGER than regular ABS! Each order comes with a set of 2 links , one for each axle! Installation Instructions:
1. Leave the truck OFF; pop the servo link from the ball joint, then remove original ball joint from original steering link (5mm socket)
2. Re-install ball joint into the Upgraded Steering Link. Do NOT over Tighten, just snug it. ------- Do Not Over Tighten! ---------
3. Remove the original steering link; leave the original screws in place in the steering knuckles
5. Screw the new steering links into place using the original screws. Again, Do Not over tighten, you want a tiny bit of play here...
6. Pop the servo link back onto the ball joint.
7. Repeat for the other end of your Rig, then enjoy Proper Steering!!! I stand by my designs! Should you actually manage to break these things, please message me and include pictures of the broken part(s).
